The Hearing Aid mode in the AirPods Pro 2 will allow users to either take a hearing test directly on their iPhone or use an audiogram from a hearing health professional. The adjustments made based on the test or audiogram will then be automatically applied to everything the user hears through their AirPods Pro 2 – from music and movies to podcasts and even transparency mode.
This feature is set to launch in over 100 countries and regions, making it widely available globally. However, it will only work with iPhones running the upcoming iOS 18, which is scheduled to be released on September 16.
