Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S25, has been the subject of recent leaks, with the first CAD-based renders of the device surfacing online. The leaked images suggest that the new model will feature a design that is largely similar to the current Galaxy S24, with only minor changes.
According to the renders, the Galaxy S25 will be marginally smaller than its predecessor in all dimensions, measuring 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2 mm, compared to the S24’s 147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm. The phone will also feature slightly reduced bezels, if the renders are accurate, and the camera rings on the back will be more pronounced.
In terms of internal specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S25 is expected to be powered by either an Exynos chipset, likely the Exynos 2500, or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. The device will be paired with 12GB of RAM, while storage options will start at 128GB, similar to the current model. The battery capacity is also expected to remain unchanged at 4,000 mAh.
The official unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S25 family is rumored to take place during the week of January 13, according to the source of these renders. As with any leaked information, it’s important to take these details with a grain of salt until Samsung officially announces the new devices.
